What is Hot Oil Boiler?

Hot oil boiler is based on heating oil at high temperatures. The hot oil passes almost continuously through special pipes in the design and the hot oil reaches the desired temperature with the heat energy it receives from the gases formed in the combustion chamber.

Soil analysis must be made when fixing the hot oil boiler. The hot oil boiler should be operated only when there is fuel in it and make sure that the chimney draft is sufficient. Preferring the use of stainless chimney will increase efficiency.

Thermal oil boilers can be manufactured with diesel, fuel oil or LPG burners and can have a capacity of up to 1,500,000 kcal/hour.

These boilers provide convenience and efficiency in production in all sectors. There is no calcification problem in hot oil boilers and temperature control is completely in the hands of the user. One of the biggest advantages is that they can be operated at higher temperatures than water boilers.
